About Mila

Welcome. I’m Mila — a Meditation and Mindfulness Coach dedicated to helping you reconnect with the deep peace and contentment that already exist within you.

My own journey began in South Korea, where I was raised with a strong foundation in Buddhist philosophy and the importance of inner life. Over the past 8 years, I have been teaching meditation and yoga across the world, guiding individuals of all backgrounds toward greater calm, clarity, and emotional resilience.

To deepen my own understanding, I have spent extended periods living and studying at a traditional ashram in India, where I continue to return regularly for immerse spiritual practice.

In addition to teaching, I create meditation retreat curriculums and translate Indian spiritual texts into Korean — work that allows me to share timeless wisdom with a broader audiences.

My coaching blends mindfulness, breathwork, guided meditation, emotional healing, and spiritual insight. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your  practice, I offer personalized support to help you reconnect with your true self.
